We will have four pickup locations to choose from - one in Oakland County, one in Macomb County, one in Saint Clair County, and the other still to be determined.
Those staying at the hotel will pay the hotel directly for their rooms. This is a separate cost from the bus trip. LIFESPAN has a block of rooms reserved for 1-4 people per room. The cost for the hotel is $159.85 per night (includes hot breakfast and hotel tax). Dinner will be at a nearby restaurant within a short walking distance from the hotel (not included in the bus trip cost).

9 am - Wreath Laying and Changing of the Guards at Arlington

1 pm - March for Life begins!
3 pm - Touring Museums and Monuments
5:30 pm - Back on bus
6:30 pm - Dinner and relax
Saturday
8 am - Depart for Museum of the Bible
9 am - 12 pm - Touring Museum of the Bible
1 pm - Depart for Michigan
11:30 pm - Arrive home

NOTES:
We will have a mixed group on each bus of students, parents, chaperones, adults, and families because this trip is open to everyone.
Those students who are 12/13 years old going on the trip with a school or parish, must have a parent or guardian with them.
Chaperones will be needed for those who are high school age. Up to six students for each Chaperone. Male Chaperones for male students, female Chaperones for female students.
All non-Chaperones (parents and adults) only need to sign forms #1, #2, #3, #4.

Chaperones must have graduated from high school. They also must have a current background record check and be up to date with Protecting God's Children training (VIRTUS). Proof of these two items will be required. Ratio for chaperone and students is one chaperone for up to six students.
Students must have an Assistant Chaperone/Chaperone with them on the trip.
7th and 8th grade students must be with a parent or guardian.
Children must be with a parent or guardian.
Adults must have a current background record check. Proof of this will be required. You can get this done at your local police station.
